Lack of maintenance is one of the key reasons why old buildings deteriorate.

Carrying out routine maintenance tasks on a regular basis helps to protect the fabric of our buildings and assures their survival for future generations to enjoy. Maintenance is also the most practical and economic form of building preservation.

By carrying out basic maintenance, the expense of major repairs can often be avoided and at the least postponed.

It is a British and European Standards requirement that all lightning protection systems are tested and inspected annually. The Standard (BS EN 62305-1:2006 Protection against Lightning: General Principles) states that "tests should be repeated at fixed intervals, preferably not exceeding 12 months; it may be advantageous to choose a period slightly shorter than 12 months in order to vary the seasons in which tests are made". Flood Damage and flood water pumping

our specialists were called out during the Christmas and new year holidays to remove water from a flooded out basement our experts carried out the works quickly and efficiently to allow electricians, gas safe engineers and lift maintenance staff access to inspect for any damaged equipment due to the flooding,
